Azucar Bakery chose three different types of vehicle graphics for their van, of course, embracing their signature pink.
The window graphics were printed on our HP Latex inkjet printer with four color process to white 3M IJ180 Adhesive Vinyl, laminated on our flatbed laminator for additional durability and to withstand the elements, contour cut on one of our Graphtec vinyl plotters, and weeded and masked by hand in preparation for installation. The cut vinyl graphics on the sides of the vehicle were prepared in a similar way, except that we used black vinyl and so printing was not required, reducing the cost for us and our client.
Lastly, we printed UV ink direct to perforated window vinyl to keep the sun out (and the cakes cool) without sacrificing driver visibility. We cut the vinyl to fit the back window of the car and installed all three pieces at the client’s location, making it easier for them to focus on what they do best.
(Now I want cake.)
